CANCELLATION AND REFUND
For all SHANKHESHWAR DESIGNER PVT. LTD’s products, the company offers a 7-day return/refund period from the date of delivery. According to the policy, you can opt to return a purchased item on our website within the given time frame. The return option will be active immediately from the time of delivery of the product.
A request to return/refund an item can be made through the following steps:
Sign in to your SHANKHESHWAR DESIGNER PVT. LTD / Horizon Casuals account using your registered Email ID or through Registered Mobile Number. Navigate to the “Orders” section in your account dashboard. Locate the order that contains the item you wish to return. Find and select the item that you want to return/refund and click on ‘Return Request’. Click on this option to start the return process. Indicate the reason for the return, if prompted. Common reasons include “Item not as described,” “Defective,” or “Changed my mind or whatever is the reason. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are eligible for a return based on the store’s return policy. Confirm any return deadlines or conditions (e.g., item must be unused and in
original packaging). The pick-up request will be issued, and an email/SMS will be sent to your registered email ID/phone number. Keep a record of the tracking number if applicable. Monitor the return status through your account dashboard or the shipping carrier’s website. Wait for an email or notification confirming that the store has received your return. The store will process your return and issue a refund based on their return policy. For COD orders, an email from Horizonjeans@gmail.com will request your bank details, and then the refund will be initiated once the product reaches back to the warehouse. If the payment was made via online methods, the amount will be transferred to the same account/card that was used for the payment. After placing the request, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days by our delivery executives. During the return/refund process, the company will keep you updated via email. The refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of pickup. For cases involving damaged, missing, or wrong items, we strongly recommend keeping an unboxing video as proof. This video may be requested during the return or refund process. If you do not receive confirmation or if there are issues with your return, contact customer service for assistance.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS: In case your Pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 75 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of store credit (Wallet) in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
